Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.

If you'd like to organise a return or exchange, simply send us a message and we'll help you through the process.

Once we've received and checked your returned item, we'll be in touch to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account. If there are any issues or delays, just reach out to us.

For change-of-mind returns or sizing exchanges, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you're exchanging an item, you'll also need to cover the postage cost of sending your replacement out to you.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us so we can make things right. We'll work with you to arrange a suitable refund, replacement or exchange and cover reasonable return postage costs where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

If you've purchased Cutlass gear through another retailer, we recommend contacting them directly regarding their returns process.
